How to Measure your Body for a Perfect Fit Scrub Suit
You'll measure from shoulder to shoulder, bust sleeve length, armhole circumference,
and the total length of the top.
TOP
Shoulder
Measure stralght across from one shoulder to the other
Chest
Wrap the tape measure around your chest at the fullest part to measure the bust. Measure the sleeve from the shoulder seam to the hem of the sleeve and the armhole by circling the tape around your armpit
Length
Finally, measure the length of the top from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem
BOTTOM
Measure the waist, hips, crotch, inseam, leg width and the opening.
Ensure the tape measure is snug but not tight
Crotch
Measure your leg width at the thigh your inseam from the crotch to the ankle, and the opening around the circumference of the hem.
Waist
For the waist, measure horizontally across the narrowest part of your waistline.
Hips
For the hips, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
